Mocha Frappuccino
This is probably one of the easiest frappuccinos to recreate and if you make it at home, you can control the quantity, quality and slash the cost in half.
httpv://youtu.be/VFdIOCRCaDA
- 2 shots of fresh espresso
- 2 tb unsweetened cocoa+6 tb sugar+2 tb milk/cream
- ½ c whole milk {or milk of your choice, whole creates a creamier frapp}
- 1 c ice
- Mix everything in the blender, top with whipped cream/chocolate sauce or melted chocolate and serve.
+If you want an iced mocha, follow the recipe but don’t blend and pour everything over ice.
+For a mocha latte, omit the ice and steam the milk. On the bottom of the cup, pour in the espresso/chocolate. Hold back the foam and pour in the steamed milk and follow with a dollop of foam.
+For a mocha cappuccino, do the same thing as the latte but free pour the steamed milk. It should be half milk/half foam.
+For a peppermint mocha, add 1/2-1 ts mint extract, for a caramel mocha, add in 1/4 c caramel sauce and for a white mocha sub in for 1/4 c white chocolate ganache.

Isn’t it a bit cold to be drinking frappuccinos right now? Or is it not snowing in your part of the world?
Nope, it’s 70 today
Like the sound of that, Brain!
Then you definitely don’t want to know what’s in the frapps they serve ( you could also sub w stevia or agave)
Thanks ^^
