Pumpkin Spice FroYo
Though human nature dictates that we always want what we cannot have, this seems particularly true for me when it comes to the realm of all things edible. Since the move, I can’t seem to find any frozen yogurt {or a Starbucks, for that matter} and after wistfully yearning and salivating over the posts for #pumpkinspiceeverything , I decided to take matters into my own hands and blended two cravings into one. And with just 5 ingredients and no need for any fancy equipment, how can you say no?

Pumpkin Spice FroYo
Author: The Squishy Monster
Serves: 2-3 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 c whole greek yogurt
- 1 c pumpkin puree {not pumpkin pie filling}
- ¼ c sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tb pure maple syrup/raw honey
- 1 ts pumpkin spice
Instructions
- In a medium to large bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients.
- Cover with plastic wrap, directly over the surface.
- Allow to set in the freezer, stirring every couple of hours. The more you stir, the more you break up the ice crystals and mimic the churning process. This will result in a much more creamier product.
- Before scooping, thaw for 15-20 minutes and serve.
This is especially delicious with my 3 minute salted caramel sauce.
Love,
Your Squishy Monster ^.~

Wow, so easy and yummy! And I’d definitely take mine with some salted caramel sauce
We are huge fans of froyo. They are so easy, quick to prepare and taste just fantastic. Love this fall sweet.
Well done on satisfying your cravings
At least your Froyo actually has pumpkin in it. Pretty sure the latte’s they sell at Starbucks don’t.
Hey Angie! Loved your sweet take on this Pumpkin, spice & everything nice mix! We’ve only just gotten frozen custard to our shores here in Australia, but I’m going to keep an eye out to see if we have tasty delights, like these.
Either that, or I’ll have to bite the bullet and make some stat!
I may start taking things into my own hands too, Angela. There are so many cravings since moving to PA, I may just need to make some of them myself, lol…
I’m really liking this recipe. I should be making a new batch of yogurt tomorrow. I’d love to try something like this with fresh yogurt. Perhaps, I will…Thanks so much for sharing, Angela…
delicious looking as always Squish…but how did u make the waffle cone? hehe
What an AWESOME idea and just ready for your Thanksgiving too
What an unusual recipe! I bet it would make every pumpkin fan extremely happy.
“Just 5 ingredients and no need for any fancy equipment” my kind of recipe and very timely too as we are entering pumpkin season.
BIG yum! This sounds so good to me!
I was debating whether or not to share a video on that. To be honest, I made 3 and only 1 came out pretty enough, lol!
Omg, I read about that! Such a shame. Hopefully one day, food will be whole and food can be food!
OOOOOOOOOOOH!! I LOVE PUMPKIN Angie! Spice, cool lovely!! Thank you! Have a great day!
Love.
Les.
Aaahh I love that this has Greek yogurt and condensed milk! So perfect for the coming Fall season!
One of those moments I wish I had an ice cream maker. Almost brought the one from my boyfriend’s apartment in New York back, but then I realised the UK and US use different power plugs argh!!! Love pumpkin spice so much this time of the year!
I love the sound of this flavour-I’d totally pick it if it were in a shop!
This looks way better than anything you can find in the store. I love the Greek yogurt and condensed milk! And the flavor is perfect for fall
Not the biggest froyo fan (I a an ice cream gal) but I am very willing to make an exception this time
I havent seen pumpkin spiced froyo since I was in Japan. Def worth having a crack at making it, and it only has a couple of ingredients too. Very achievable.
