Ingredients
- 2 cups dried, shredded squid (cut into 2″ pieces if it bothers you)
- 3 tb of paste (recipe below)
- 2 ts sesame oil
- 2 ts sesame seed
- 2 tb honey or brown sugar
Paste:
- 2-3 tb pepper paste (gochujang)
- 1 tb garlic
- ½ ts ginger
- ½ ts fish sauce
- ½ ts soy sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, dump everything in it and press it all together with your gloved hands.

I love it dried/whole, fried, stir-fried, this way, really any which way, lol.
